Dont be a SCAB

It seems that some retirees are working as contractors doing the same work they did when they were employed and union members. For those of you who are doing this, try to remember when you worked for the Company and enjoyed the benefits and job protection that the union (you) negotiated and received. By working as a contractor you are undermining the very same benefits that you worked hard to attain over the years. Please don’t be a scab. Also, you should be aware that if you are receiving a pension from the IBEW you could lose it by doing this.
