Notification of IBEW Local Union 29 Nominations and Elections. Nominations for elected offices will be held at the regular Local Union meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, 650 Ridge Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

Anyone wishing to be nominated must be present during nominations or provide a written, signed statement accepting the nomination. No member may be a candidate for more than one office. To be nominated, a member must have a minimum of 2 years of continuous good standing.

Offices up for nomination (3-year terms): Business Manager, President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, and six Executive Board Members — one each for At Large (DL/Vistra/NAES/PRT), Generation at Large, Nuclear, Transmission & Distribution, Substation & Shops, and Clerical (DL/PRT), plus a Unit Chairman for Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT). Nominations will also be held for delegates and alternate delegates to the International Convention. Elections will be by mail ballot.
